These few days I had been watching 'Beethoven Virus', a Korean film. The story is all connected with music( especially orchestra). The storyline is like this. The main characters are the girl, Du Ru Mi, the young boy, Kang Gun Woo, and the conductor who has also the same name as the young boy. His nickname is Maestro.

It illustrates a girl was being cheated for 3 billion won, and the orchestra band had no money at all. So all the people in the orchestra band were very angry and decided to dismiss. This girl, who knows how to play violin, was very sad and desperate. This is because the orchestra band was used to perform for the mayor to see and to raise up the country's image. Her senior, who plays double bass, together with the girl, were finding ways of recruiting the orchestra members. Eventually, they found a way, that is to spread the news to everybody by fliers. They gummed the fliers everywhere, from day to night. Before the audition day, Du's landlord lady said that her nephew, the young Kang has the ability to play trumpet. So, she thought of an idea. She pretended to be deaf and pass the notes around in the train where the young boy was inside, saying that she needs a trumpet player for the orchestra band. She took out her violin and played it in front of the public( She was trying to gain the attention and sympathy from the boy).When she got out from the train, the young boy approached her. Still, she was pretending to be deaf. The young boy was convinced and wanted to join the orchestra band. But when the mayor phoned her, she got to pick up her phone and eventually, her white lie was noticeable. The boy got so angry and went off. She was so disappointed.
Finally, the audition day had come. At first, the hall was full of silence. They were so scared that nobody will come fo the audition. Afterthat, there was a lady who came for the audition. The lady was the girl's landlord and she knows how to play cello. But she did not play cello for a long time and she did not even bring the instrument to the audition. So, the girl and her senior could not accept her until she has the cello. Afterthat many people came for the audition. There were trumpet, violin, oboe and flute players. They were so relieved. How about the conductor? The girl had invited the world renowned orchestra maestro who is a perfectionist in his work, Maestro Kang Gun Woo. He is not an easy person to work with and is fear by all his players. They call him the orchestra killer, because when he thinks that this orchestra band is not proffesional enough, he can stop conducting in front of the president.
Initially, everybody was so angry and sad because of him. He could just say out all those words that would hurt a person. Then, something happened. Everybody found out that the young boy was a music genius. He could remember all those notes without refering to the music sheet notes. Furthermore, he knew how to conduct( but not as good as Maestro) cause he's a new learner. So, all the players in the orchestra band were trying to eliminate Maestro by choosing the young boy as the new conductor. Maestro did not say anything and just walked off. The next day, they were surprised because Maestro was still in the hall. They thought that he had gone back home. The piece they were playing that time was ' Nella Fantasia". So, Maestro conducted and he took them to a world which was very peaceful and serene. They played the music there. Afterthat, when they came back to senses, they knew that Maestro was a very good conductor. He had the ability to bring them to a higher level. They clapped their hands and suddenly Maestro said he's going home now( He wants to show off) haha!! They were very disappointed. Somehow, they managed to keep him in the orchestra band. ( The story goes on)

After watching, I felt my hands were so itchy, cause i did not play my violin for a very long time( stop at standard 5 i think). So now I wanted to play back and have to restring my violin. Music has such a great influence to me since young. I love classical music very very much. Just love it!!
